RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All ready made products can be returned for a full refund if you notify us by email (at email@example.com) within 5 days - please do drop us a note before you send anything back though, so we can advise on the best way to do so.
And if you are sending returns back to us, please make sure items are really well packaged, as we can't be held responsible for breakages when they are being returned. We recommend asking for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we also can't be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged on its way back to us.
When it comes to any bespoke product, unless it is faulty or we have made an error in producing it, we're afraid it can not be returned. We will always make exactly what it says in the order form though, so please be super careful when filling in those sorts of information.
Regardless of all of this, no matter the problem, please do get in touch if there if there is anything that wasn't as you expected or that you are not happy with, as we will do our very best to help you get what you want and make things all nice for you again.
if we do agree to refund your order, we'll ensure that any payments are processed within 24 hours of confirming this with you - however we are dependent on the speed of the banks for the exact time that your refund will reach you.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
If you feel you had a rush of blood to the head when ordering and want to cancel or change your order, please get int touch with us straight away by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) as we'll hold off on making your banner / cake topper, or getting things sent out in the post. If however we have made any bespoke products, or we have already popped your order in the post, we're afraid we will pick this up in line with our returns policy. Don't be shy about asking though, as we want you to be happy with your order and we'll be as accommodating as possible, if you need to make any changes.
